Biography

Tatiana “Taty” was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, was raised in Miami Beach and spent her childhood summers in Spain. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Her collegiate studies took her to exciting places such as New Orleans, Washington D.C., Boston, Montreux Switzerland and Miami. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Education with a minor in International Business and graduated with the highest honors. Taty has extensive experience in sales and started her real estate career in 2014 in development sales, working directly with developers as an in-house executive. That experience gave her an advantageous opportunity to forge solid relationships with the local broker community and launched her solid network of international alliances. Taty now serves her clients’ needs in residential luxury sales and leasing and extends her services to meet her clients every need with her professional partnerships in every area of the business. She is notoriously described by her clients as a caring professional who wears a permanent smile and makes the buying or leasing process less stressful. Taty is a single parent of three and prides herself in hers and her children’s long involvement in civic service through volunteering. She is a member of the National Coaltion Against Domestic Violence (she actively advocates for victims), a member/volunteer at the Joshua’s Heart Foundation (where her daughters serve as Jr. Board Chair and as Alumni Director), and is a Member of the Miami Waterkeeper.
