Biography

Daniel Henriquez was born in Santiago de Chile and raised in Miami where he currently resides for the past 33 years, he joined Fortune Christie's International Real Estate in 2004.

Daniel has been representing Sellers and Buyers nationwide since 2004, specializing in the High-end Residential markets which include South Florida, New York and California.

Daniel has built a reputable name in the industry and is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable and respected brokers in town. He is known for his professionalism in the representation of Buyers and Sellers as well as having an extreme understanding of the American and International Latin American markets. He has a vast understanding of managing deals with luxury sales and purchases to meet all of his clientele’s needs.

As the years pass, Daniel’s passion for real estate grows stronger, he has developed a keen eye that has allowed him to identify very valuable characteristics in every transaction that involves his clients best interest, he will go the extra mile in accomplishing his client’s goals weather is selling residential estates or finding the best deals for his high-end investor.
