Growing up in Turnberry Isle, Florida, Jonathan was always fascinated by the changing real estate landscape of South Florida. His affinity to real estate continued to grow when he matriculated at University of Florida, earning a double major in finance and real estate. With over 10 years of experience as a licensed realtor, Jonathan is an accomplished industry veteran recognized for his innovative marketing and sales strategies. His prestigious accolades include over $20M in sales volume in 2013, and a $15M penthouse sale at Ocean House in South Beach – the second highest price per square foot transaction at that time. He is a member of Fortune International’s prestigious Platinum Circle and has been covered in trade publications including The Real Deal.
