Biography

A longtime industry veteran, Flavia Grigio began her career in Argentina over 15 years ago and has continued her path in Miami real estate sales working as a realtor-associate based out of Fortune’s Key Biscayne office. Biography

My name is Patricia Bastidas, and I have been a licensed real-estate agent for over 20-years now. I have lived on Brickell Avenue for about the same length of time, making me an expert in the area and surrounding neighborhoods like Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables & Downtown Miami. I received a degree in interior design, which I use to complement my business. I am fluent in four languages: English, Spanish, Italian and French and have a basic understanding of Portuguese. I have received many certifications to better help my clients; I was trained by a real estate attorney, and received my CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist) and my GRI, (Graduate from the Real Estate Institute). I have a great understanding of different cultures, since I have worked with people from all South America, Central America, the Islands, Europe and Asia.
