SALES SURGE IN 2011 AT FORTUNE DEVELOPMENTS SALES PROJECTS. Fortune Development Sales reports that sales at Jade Ocean, Icon Brickell and Trump Hollywood topped over $190 Million so far this year. Sales highlights include Fortune Development Sales reports that sales at Jade Ocean, Icon Brickell and Trump Hollywood topped over $190 Million so far this year. Sales highlights include Icon Brickell averaging over 50 sales per month, as well as Jade Ocean continuously raising prices with sales over $700 per square foot. Fortune sold 14 units in March alone at Trump Hollywood, with an average price of $1,342,000. Recently, in one week alone, there were seven sales at Onyx. In addition, The Blue Hyatt Residences had a surge of 12 sales in the month April. Foreign buyers made up over 80% of the sales with 50% coming from Latin America, most of which were purchased for 2nd homes.
