Fortune International Group and Related Group have partnered to launch new interactive sales centers in two of South Florida’s most-popular shopping destinations, Dadeland Mall and Sawgrass Mills. We spoke with Mr. Iglesias, Sales Coordinator for the sales centers, for more insight on this unique and exciting venture of our organization.
What kind of clientele does Fortune and Related cater to at these sales centers?
While Miami continues to be a popular vacation destination for both national and international visitors, there is no doubt interest continues to grow in exploring investment opportunities available in this flourishing real estate market. There is a consistent trend in visitors from Latin and South America in these areas, and retail activity is a big part of their vacation agenda.
Our experience with these locations in shopping malls has been very successful; they are a convenient way for potential clients and tourists to learn more about purchasing property in this market without the burden of coordinating a separate time to visit each individual project.
Which countries are these tourists and buyers primarily from?
Research data has shown the majority of these tourists/buyers come from Argentina, Venezuela and Brazil. Their purchase interest is high, but need the professional advisement and guidance to find the right opportunity for their real estate or investment needs. These satellite sales centers offer ease and convenience in accessing this information and expertise.
What has been the outcome so far since these locations opened?
he response to these sales centers has been extremely positive. Since launching May 2015, we have successfully presented and sold pre-construction residences while building a solid database of clients that want to stay informed of Fortune’s future project endeavors. Our sales associates have also benefitted from these locations as they are fully-equipped for their all presentation needs and enable them to conduct business directly from them. We anticipate opening more of these satellite sales centers in the future.
What is the daily activity like at one of our satellite sales centers?
A “typical” day at our sales centers is just like any other sales office: no two days are ever quite the same. We meet clients seeking residences in price ranges from $300K to those that want high-end, preconstruction trophy properties. For example, when we were located at Aventura mall, we sold various Jade Signature units priced around $4M. Our sales centers showcase a wide variety of properties, so we are confident we can find the perfect residence for each kind of client.
