The luxe condo property touted for its unique architectural design by Carlos Ott will offer a selection of developer units for lease, with an inventory that includes studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedroom penthouse floor plans priced between $1,600 and $3,600. All rental units will be outfitted with 24x24 white porcelain flooring, window treatments, black-out shades in bedrooms, finished closets, and bathrooms complete with fixtures and mirrors, as well as individual touch-screen monitors that offer instant access to the Internet and building services and amenities.
Lease-to-Own participants may apply 100% of the sum of rental payments towards the price of the unit, should the purchase option be exercised.
In addition to the already successful Lease-to-Own program, ArTech sales reflect buyer confidence, with 22 units sold since the beginning of April.
ArTech breaks through traditional barriers of condominium design to create a nautical-inspired structure that reflects its waterfront environment, advanced technology and marina amenities. Fashioned more after an aerodynamic vehicle than a traditional building, ArTech’s cruise-ship-like design takes full advantage of the close to 900 feet of direct water frontage, creating an overall look that complements the boats that will be moored on its docks. Lain out horizontally along this stretch, the building offers the endless amenities of a large property, as well as those of a low-rise building at only nine stories high. ArTech boasts more than 40,000 square feet of amenity space, more than any condo development in Aventura and one of the largest in Miami-Dade. Fortune International’s Edgardo Defortuna joined forces with Shefaor Development’s Claudio Stivelman and Gilbert Benhamou, to create ArTech as Aventura’s largest and most advanced new condominium community.
ArTech is located at 2950 NE 188 Street, Aventura. For more information, please visit www.artechmiami.com.
