ArTech will be unlike anything ever seen. ArTech is the contemporary vision of Carlos Ott, in collaboration with architect Charles Benson. Fashioned more after an aerodynamic vehicle than a traditional building, ArTech’s stunning design celebrates the aesthetics of the 20th century’s finest machines, with slopes and lines that are similar to the contours of cars, planes and boats.
The boomerang-shaped ArTech will feature curvilinear floorplans that give every unit a spectacular view of the surrounding bay. The design also takes full advantage of the close to 900 feet of direct waterfront where ArTech will be situated, and the structure’s overall look complements that of the boats that will be moored on its docks.
ArTech will be located in one of Aventura’s most exciting new neighborhoods, which is taking shape along what was historically known as Thunder Alley (188th Street), a hub along the Intracoastal that housed headquarters for some of the world’s most renowned power boat manufacturers. The nine-story, 232-residence condominium will be completed in spring 2008.
