In 2000 Fortune founded the development division successfully entering into the development arena with a keen knowledge of South Florida real estate and the market’s needs, combined with access to unparalleled resources, including in-house architects, construction management professionals and strategic Industry alliances.

Supporting its developing endeavors, Fortune also counts with its certified general contractor group, Fortune International Group Construction. This division was established to monitor and manage the construction of all Fortune projects. It works in conjunction with selected contractors, yet handles all pre-construction tasks such as budgets and permits, resulting in a head start on the construction schedule and a timely delivery of the building.

Finally, Fortune created its hospitality division, responsible for the design, development and operation of properties in alliance with high profile hotels, restaurants and spa-operating companies. Fortune Hospitality has accelerated Fortune’s position as a major player in the travel and leisure industry, with particular emphasis in the condo-hotel market. This division also provides consulting services to condo-hotel developers.

The marketing team coordinates public relations, advertising agencies, printing companies, publishers and media through volume buying and seasoned professional relationships. Fortune International Group Marketing welcomes as much as input from the developer as possible, and will meet regularly in order to keep developers involved and informed.
