Fortune branch in Weston is settling swiftly in its new location. The office has just reached one hundred associates that have joined the company during the present quarter.
The team is organized and ready just in time for the busiest months in real estate for the West Broward area. Weston and its surroundings are geared towards the school calendar so the busiest months are late spring and summer. Families wait for the end of the school year to move out and those arriving want to be in their new homes before school starts again in the fall. “We are feeling the pick up in sales and rentals,” said branch manager Sandra Mattsson, “prices in the area have stabilized and in some instances are going up due to the high demand in this excellent school district.”
