Sunny Isles Beach, FL: HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE SALES ACTIVITY HAS BEEN INCREASING SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR.
Waterfront properties are attracting a lot of foreign investors and buyers that seem to be aware of the major redevelopment that the city is going through. Some of the recent closings from Fortune Sunny Isles Beach office show this increasing sales pattern that is taken place in the area and surrounding neighborhoods:Sandra Silva closed Jade Beach #2508 for $1,350,000, she also sold Murano Grande #2208 in South Beach for $1,200,000. Greg Feldman closed Bellini Condo #1504 in Bal Harbour for $1,300,000. Ernesto Cohan closed 1485 Windjammer Way in Hollywood for $1,770,000.
